Winter Festival & Sleigh Ride
The sleigh ride has limited seating this year! Priority sign up will go to BCA members who have paid their 2026 dues starting on November 28th-November 30th. All others may sign up after priority members.
The sleigh ride cost is $5 per participant. Due to limited seating, we ask that only people who reside in Brookside sign up. Please do not purchase additional tickets for family/friends who do not live in the neighborhood.
Use discount code KIDUNDER3 if you are buying a ticket for a kid under 3. The code can only be used once.

Lights & Display Family Fun Run/Walk
Grab your coat, scarf and running shoes and meet your neighbors for a family fun run or walk around Brookside to see the beautiful lights and other decorations of the residents of Brookside Estates. Meet at Brookside Elementary at 7pm and the group will follow the map. For extra fun wear your best holiday garb!
BCA Holiday Decorating Contest
Participants:
-Post on this event page picture(s) of the outside of your decorated home by December 18th
-Include your house address on the post
-Follow the rules posted below
Rules:
- submit photos to event by December 18th
- Photos cannot be altered/edited or AI generated
- Homes must be in the Brookside Neighborhood
- Voters need to be 18+ and owners of a Brookside Estate property
- Voters need to be a part of the BCA Facebook group before voting starts on December 19th
